Hi Friends...The USS ALAMO has big history. My name is Francisco, I from Brazil and I worked 4 years in USS ALAMO or actually NDD RIO DE JANEIRO. In 2002 the Navy from Brazil did a repair in the ship then I was a cook cable. I met many letters in lining. It was letters lovers from very boys and girls from USA. It was very interesting because I imagined what people were them. In my bed there were many good messages about life maybe a big marine or soldier from USA wrote to me. These messages talked about victory, fight, love, success and others things. Today I am not military. I am a civil but I have big respect about USS ALAMO…cacalves2006@yahoo.com.br or caca_322@msn.com.
